I am looking for an apartment / house sitting opportunity in Manhattan / Greater NYC Area for the month of September or even longer, if that is an option.
I am reliable, have govt issued ID, good references, no criminal background, and can take care of your property and complete any relevant assigned tasks / chores while you are away or absent from the premise, in return for being allowed to lodge on the premise. No risk whatsoever !!!
