Late 19th/Early 20th Century Oak Flatware Chest in New York, New York

Up for sale a very good oak flatware chest with inset brass carrying handles dated to the late 19th or early 20th century. The top has a brass plaque with the name H or K E Carmody is a gothic script. The chest has a fitted blue velvet interior with a removable top tray. The key is present, but the lock is not working though it could be easily sorted out. The chest is in good condition with usual signs of age and use. It measures 5"x 16.75"x12".
